BORABELA s.r.o.
BORABELA s.r.o. was founded in 2013 as a company specialising in LGSF steel structures. Since then we have designed and built over 250 structures: from garden buildings and 104 passive family houses in the Zelený Zlonín project to multi-storey roof extensions of apartment buildings in Prague, and houses in Slovakia, Austria and Italy.
We design all structures in Vertex BD BIM software and manufacture them on Howick CNC machines in our production hall in Jeníkovice near Přelouč, Czech Republic. Every project goes through detailed 3D design; the output is complete production documentation for the NC line, assembly diagrams and a structural assessment by an authorised structural engineer.
Certified production to EN 1090, CE marking for every completed structure. We are not just a subcontractor: we are a technology partner for architects, designers, construction companies and private investors.
Our approach is engineering-driven from the first call: no guesswork, no improvisation on site. Precision-made profiles. Frame erection without a crane. The frame of a two-storey family house in 5–7 days.
Where we work
Our design and sales office is in the centre of Prague, so customers, architects and designers can easily reach us for a consultation. Technical facilities, production and warehouse are concentrated in the production plant in Jeníkovice near Přelouč.
The Howick CNC lines in Jeníkovice cover the whole process from design to dispatch: automatic profile forming, inkjet labelling, pre-assembly of wall panels and preparation for transport to site. All profiles are identifiable: every part carries its position label from the Vertex BD model.
Design is fully digital: the 3D model in Vertex BD is the basis for NC production, structural analysis and the assembly diagram.

Milestones
Company history
2013 — BORABELA s.r.o. founded. First Howick CNC line purchased and production of light gauge steel profiles for the LGSF system started at the plant in Jeníkovice near Přelouč.
2015 — Production certified to EN 1090, CE marking introduced for every completed structure. First LGSF apartment building in the Czech Republic completed.
2017 — Transition to full BIM design in Vertex BD: precise 3D models as the basis of production documentation. Production capacity extended with a second Howick CNC line.
2018 — Start of the Zelený Zlonín project, the largest Czech residential LGSF development: 104 passive family houses of energy class A+, designed and manufactured with BORABELA technology.
2020 — Extension of the production hall in Jeníkovice: more profile storage capacity and a pre-assembly zone for wall and truss panels directly at the plant.
2023 — Zelený Zlonín project completed. The total number of completed structures exceeds 250, from individual family houses to multi-storey residential buildings and industrial halls.
